Bryan D. Mogg founded our firm in 2007. An experienced CPA, Bryan has worked in the accounting profession for over 27 years advising clients in tax preparation and strategic consulting (i.e.-mergers & acquisition and business valuation). He has advanced expertise in working with businesses in the manufacturing, nonprofit, real estate, and software development industries.
Bryan graduated from Graceland University with Accounting and Business Administration degrees. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts and Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Bryan is married and has two children. In his spare time, Bryan enjoys being outdoors biking, hiking, and camping.
